About Flon

We install AI systemsand stay to run them.

Flon is an AI operations company. We build a named system, put it live inside how your business already works, and guarantee it against one number you agree with us. Then we run it every month after.

Why we exist

Agencies ship and leave. We install and stay.

Most AI work stops at the demo. A project ships, a login gets handed over, and nobody watches the number it was supposed to move. Six months later the thing everyone was excited about is a tab no one opens.

We came out of strategy, design, and engineering, and kept landing on the same conclusion. The handoff is the problem. So we stopped handing off. Every system we build, we also operate. That means monitoring, evals, improvements, and a one-page report every month on the single number that system exists to move.

We tested that on ourselves first.

Flon's own sales, operations, and marketing run on the same named systems we install for clients. Nothing on this site is a mockup of something we haven't used in anger. The numbers those systems produce are published, not summarized.

What we hold to

Four things we run onwhether or not it's convenient.

01

Outcomes, never the model

Nobody buys AI. They buy a lead answered in under a minute, an invoice cleared without a human touching it, a call booked while the office was closed. Which model does it is an implementation detail, and it belongs in the docs, not the headline.

02

Installed, not sold

A system that lives beside your business gets ignored. Ours go inside it, into your phone number, your inbox, your CRM, your calendar, and your accounts. You own the result outright, with no lock-in, no hostage data, and no seat we control.

03

Measured, not promised

Before anything is built we agree on one number the system exists to move, and what it has to hit. Price and scope are fixed at the same time, and you get a one-page report on that number every month afterward.

04

One senior pod, no handoffs

Strategy, design, and engineering sit in the same heads from the first call to the system running in production. No account layer, no brief passed between teams, no junior learning on your budget. AI does the leverage work underneath.

The pod

The people who scope the workare the people who ship it.

One senior pod, no account layer, nobody learning on your budget. Everyone here sits in the room with you, and AI does the leverage work underneath.

  • Jay

    CEO

Asks the questions nobody else wants to ask, before the work starts.

  • Sarah

    Designer

Thinks in systems, builds for humans. Doesn't confuse beautiful with busy.

  • Vello

    Designer

Brings the motion. Makes interactions feel like they were always supposed to work that way.

  • Precious

    Designer

Sharp eye for what's off before anyone else sees it. Art direction, brand, and the details that make things feel finished.

The other half of the pod runs on silicon.

The stack in daily rotation. It's the reason a pod this size ships like a department, and the reason we can hold a fixed price to a fixed timeline.

Working with us

What you can hold us tobefore you've signed anything.

Response time
We reply within 4 business hours. If we're a fit, a one-page proposal follows within 3 days, covering scope, price, and the number we'd guarantee.
Ownership
Installs run in your accounts on your data. The system, the repo, and the integrations are yours outright, with no lock-in, no seat we control, and no hostage exports.
After launch
Flon Managed is on by default unless you opt out in writing. It covers monitoring, evals, improvements, and a one-page monthly report on the one number we agreed. A document you can read in a minute, not a dashboard you have to log into.

One call: we'll tell you which system fixes it, what it costs, and the number we'd guarantee it on. If a free tool or a $99 subscription is the honest answer, we'll say that instead.
