No. We work on products at any stage: greenfield builds, redesigns, feature expansions, and rebuilds of things that didn't work the first time. The name is about the shipping mindset.
Bring them. We'll assess what's there and tell you honestly what needs revisiting before we build. We keep good work and rebuild weak foundations when we have to.
Typically Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres, with the right third-party services for auth, payments, and storage. We recommend based on your product's needs.
Yes, and we prefer it. Regular check-ins and staging access throughout. You shouldn't be seeing the product for the first time at launch.
You own everything: code, assets, infrastructure, no lock-in. If you want us to stay involved (new features, bug fixes, growth work), that's Flon Managed. Otherwise, full handoff and you take it from there.
